Haus Marija

The guest rents the entire house with land, consisting of 3 apartments with their entrance. Each apartment has two bedrooms, each with a living room and bathroom. One bedroom has a 1.60m x 2.00m double bed, and the other has two single beds, each with a 90cm bed, which is ideal for children. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen, which has the great advantage that guests can be independent in each apartment. There is a communal lounge on the ground floor for barbecuing, eating, and having fun, ideal for a season when the evening hours tend to be colder. There is also a fitness room to get rid of the calories afterward. On the other hand, there is an apartment on the ground floor. Lastly, in the communal lounge is another bathroom, which is ideal before and after using the pool.

The stairs lead to the other two apartments, each with its entrance. The two upper apartments also offer a picturesque view of the sea and the lower east coast of Istria, so you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony and end the day.

The house is ideal for vacationers who can spend an unforgettable vacation with 2-4 families. Or a smaller or larger group of friends who want to have a good time together after an extended reunion.

In less than 3 km you can reach beaches and enjoy the sea, either in half an hour on foot or 5 minutes by car. Small errands (bread, milk, etc.) can also be done at the same distance.

The house Marija also offers a beautiful private outdoor pool for the sole use and can be combined with the barbecue area for a good time. It is allowed to bring one pet.
