The beautiful and modern Villa Analucija was newly built and will be rented for the first time this season. Our villa offers luxury and modern comfort on 2 floors. All rooms of this villa are fully air conditioned and can be controlled individually.
On the first floor of Villa Analucija there are three bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom. One of the three bedrooms also has a 25m2 balcony. The other two bedrooms have a French balcony.
As you walk down the metal staircase of the villa you reach the ground floor. Here is a large, bright and spacious living-dining area, ideal for the common and sociable hours with your loved one. At the same time, the high-quality equipped kitchen definitely makes some cooking pros' hearts beat faster.
Opening the two large sliding glass doors in the living-dining area leads you directly to the well-kept and beautiful outdoor area of ​​the villa. Here a 36m2 large pool, an outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun loungers invites you to linger and relax. As a sun worshiper you will love this location guaranteed.
