The living room is open, big and nice. Due to the many windows, it is well flooded with light and is very bright for a friendly inside environment and joyful stay with your relatives. The living room is connected with the kitchen, which brings cooking together on a new level. Needless to mention, that the living room is equipped with an air condition too and will provide a wonderful room temperature in any season. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may know from home. Plates, glasses, pots, dish washer, toaster, freezer and even a micro oven. This makes the 150 m2 common size of the one floored Villa Stella, your choice of stay.

While you might enjoy more the time outside, the pool and huge area of 1600 m2 can give you enough space to spend a wonderful time. The 36m2 sized pool, allows you too cool down on the very heaty days and to chill on the sun beds. Moreover you have a BBQ and an outside table, to enjoy the beauty Istrian nights together and simply have a good time.
