conveniently and easily reachable within just 10 minutes by car.
The Catharina House was
completely renovated in 2013 and offers, in addition to three comfortable bedrooms, 2 well-equipped kitchens and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed if needed.
The Catharina House is very
well-maintained, and the outdoor area around the pool is a
small green oasis of relaxation. The pergola invites you to linger, and
a grill is also available. Ideal for perfectly ending warm summer evenings.
In addition to the outdoor pool, there is also an
outdoor shower. The upper floor of the building is occupied by the owner. However, guests have a separate entrance to the house, and the pool, as well as the outdoor area, are of course available for
the exclusive use of the guests.
Privacy is therefore guaranteed. Please note that, for organizational reasons,
check-in can take place no earlier than 4:00 PM. Please also note that
no cash payments are possible at this villa - The total travel price must be paid in advance.
