Family Villa with Private Pool & Whirlpool near Labin Welcome to Villa Lena – your personal retreat for relaxing holidays in the heart of Istria. The villa is quietly located in the small village of
Marceljani, close to the historic old town of
Labin and only a few minutes' drive from the popular
beaches of Rabac. Here you enjoy privacy, plenty of space and surroundings where families, friends and four-legged companions feel completely at home.
The heart of the villa is the spacious,
fully fenced garden. While the children jump on the
trampoline, swing, play football or let off steam at
badminton and table tennis, the adults can relax by the private pool or enjoy the calm of the
whirlpool. With so many leisure options, boredom is simply not an option. In addition,
2 bicycles are available for guests free of charge.
The
private 24.5 m² pool offers a refreshing escape on warm summer days, with
sun loungers around the pool inviting you to unwind. For cozy hours outdoors there is also a covered
summer kitchen with a traditional grill fireplace, sink and large dining table – perfect for long barbecue evenings with family and friends.
The villa offers
100 m² of living space and accommodates up to
7 guests. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed and a private
en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV. An additional
inflatable bed can be provided for one more person on request. With
three bathrooms in total, even larger families or couples travelling together enjoy plenty of privacy.
Inside you will find a bright living and dining area, a
fully equipped kitchen and
air conditioning in the living room and hallway, keeping the whole house pleasantly cool.
WiFi, Smart TV, a washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair are also at your disposal.
The location is ideal for exploring Istria's east coast. The medieval old town of
Labin, with its restaurants, cafés and small boutiques, is just a few minutes away, and the beautiful
pebble beaches and crystal-clear water of Rabac are quickly reached as well. Supermarkets, bakeries and further restaurants can be found nearby.
Dogs are warmly welcome at Villa Lena: up to
two dogs can join you for a surcharge of
€10 per dog per day.
