We booked this accommodation very last minute and only for 4 nights. Highly recommended – when you hardly want to go out because you feel so comfortable, that says a lot. The pool was the absolute highlight. Cleanliness was very important to us and that was fulfilled 100%. Our youngest was thrilled with the trampoline. A complete hit and 100% recommendable.
We felt very comfortable in the house and especially in the garden. Everything was clean. We really liked the proximity to the beach and became regulars at the beach bar. There are several restaurants around the house, and the small market opposite is unbeatable. Both the neighbor and Jenny gave us many helpful tips.

We stayed with three adults and a small dog. The property is fenced. We were warmly welcomed and shown everything. The villa matched the photos. It is clean and modern. The view is simply breathtaking. We would definitely come back.

Was vielleicht noch zusätzlich positiv erwähnt werden sollte: Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit für Internet via LAN-Kabel, das WLAN ist abschaltbar! Gerade für uns als elektrosensitive Familie war das eine ganz tolle Sache, weil wir strahlungsarm übers Notebook ins Internet konnten.

Die Villa war an sich echt super, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr über den Billiardtisch gefreut. Es gab draußen genug Liegen, Stühle und Sonnenschutz. Das Haus war von innen größer als erwartet. Jedoch waren die Betten leider sehr ungemütlich, da war die Couch im Gegenzug sehr gemütlich. Zwei der Zimmer hatten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, genau so der Kühlschrank. Ansonsten war alles gut. Zentrum war 15 Min Fußweg entfernt und wenn man 20-25 min gegangen ist, war ein Sandstrand und ein Liegestrand mit Steinen.

Wir haben als gesamte Familie eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht.
Dank der netten Haushälterin konnten wir schon 2 Stunden früher rein.
Die Einrichtung ist völlig in Ordnung, Zimmer & Bäder waren sauber.
Es hat uns an ein paar Standard Kleinigkeiten wie zB Toilettenpapier, Seife, Reinigungsutensilien, Gewürzen oder auch ein paar Getränken oder Obst zur Begrüßung (wie man es aus Kroatien kennt) gefehlt.
Aber dies ist natürlich auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit!
Das Poolwasser wurde die letzten 2-3 Tage nicht mehr richtig sauber, außen müssten die Sonnenschirme erneuert werden, innen vielleicht ein paar Elektrogeräte wie Kühl,-Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.
Ansonsten hat das Haus eine gute Lage, man hat vor allem mit dem Auto alles in der Nähe was man benötigt und kann einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

The house is perfect for 2 families. We traveled with 4 teenagers 13,14,15 and 16 years old so it was important for us to rent a house with pool and also we wanted to have the opportunity to go out for a meal in the evenings.There are several good restaurants in Meduline.Our favorites where Restaurant Istria and Salt and pepper.Though we thought there where better places in Istria for sunbathing.Its not a problem if you have a car.Everything is very close.Kamenjak and Pula had many beautiful places for swimming and our teenagers loved to jump from the cliffs.

Aussenanlage sehr schön pool grill liegen alles da aber im innenbereich muss dringend nachgebessert werden, Matratzen im bett viel zu weich, sogenannte Schlafsofas nicht zum schlafen geeignet und wände etc. Müssten mal renoviert werden und stärkere klimaanlage von Nöten um die räume alle kühl zu bekommen wer es gerne ruhig hat ist hier richtig es ist nämlich sehr ruhig wer grösse städte besuchen will muss viel zeit im auto verbringen
